We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Lead to join our growing team. This position is responsible for leading residential HVAC installations while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, professionally, and to company and manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install and commission furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, geothermal systems, boilers, and fireplaces
• Lead and coordinate installation helpers and other crew members
• Ensure installations meet applicable codes, regulations, and manufacturer specifications
• Complete startup, testing, troubleshooting, and system commissioning
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide basic system operation guidance
• Ensure required documentation and installation paperwork are completed accurately
• Work collaboratively with service, sales, and other installation teams

Qualifications

• Trade license in one or more of the following:
  • Gas Fitter 2 (G2)
  • Refrigeration 313A or 313D
  • Sheet Metal 308A or 308R
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC installation
• Experience installing:
  • Furnaces
  • Air conditioners
  • Heat pumps
  • Geothermal systems
  • Boilers
  • Fireplaces
• OSSD or equivalent
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism
